Offers modest ocean glimpses, yet w/in walking distance to right of way to private oceanfront beach (Eggemoggin Reach), and to a fresh water lake beach (Walkers Pond) A short 5 minute walk to either (there is a map in the home)

Perched high on a rocky hill covered with green moss and lichen, the cabin is reminiscent of the larger Adirondack lodges of days gone by. Minimal views of the ocean in the distance, but with a walking right of way to the private oceanfront beach, and to a fresh water lake beach. The four downstairs bedrooms include three queen beds, two singles with the fifth room upstairs having a double bed and a single. Fully equipped and newly renovated kitchen with a dishwasher, coffee pot and lobster pot. Place settings for ten. Covered porch with wicker furniture offer a great place to sit and read or have a cup of coffee. Washer/dryer, all linens included, this is a perfect large family getaway for folks that dont mind the lack of luxury and amenities. Sun-Sun rental.

All rentals are subject to a Maine Lodging Tax, plus an additional $45 damage waiver, and a cleaning fee.Pets are not allowed without prior permission from the owner of the cottage. If granted permission, an additional $75.00 fee will be collected. This fee is non-refundable.
