Situated just a stone's throw from the ocean, King's Point has its own very private salt water beach. Although a bit rocky, it is suitable for swimming or kayaking. You will also have use of a shared private sandy beach on beautiful Walker Pond, which is actually a two mile long lake. Perfect for swimming or picnicking, and only a 5 minute walk away.
