How do I book vacation rental property? We keep our availability calendar current. Once you have checked availability, call us at (207) 374-5444 or complete our contact form and let us know the cottage you want to book. Provided the cottage is available and your group is the right size for the property, we will email you a lease.
What are my payment options? DMVR, Inc. is happy to make payment arrangements with you that work with your budget, and can very often break payments up in to 2 or 3 installments, time permitting. We ask our guests to pay by check to avoid costly credit card fees. However, if you are only able to pay by credit card, that is an option and there is an additional administrative fee.
Assistance during your stay: Nichole, Shannon, Dawn and Megan are all members of our staff are available year-round to assist both renters and property owners.
All of us are continually available by phone at (207) 374-5444 toll-free (855)-367-5095 for assistance and for emergencies 24 hrs a day. You can reach us both day and night. Trust that our "team" will always be on hand to help you out when needed.
What is your cancellation policy? In the event of cancellation of a rental contract, refund of the advanced rental deposit will be made only to the extent that a tenant can be found to occupy the vacated time reserved under this contract unless cancellation is made 90 days prior to the term of this contract, less a $150/week administrative fee. For cancellations made less than the 90 days prior to the rental period, we cannot guarantee that we can rebook the property, or rebook it at the same rental rate stipulated in this lease. In such cases, the Lessee will only be refunded the rental rate achieved in the replacement booking. However, they will receive the full refund of their taxes, cleaning and security deposit, albeit less the $150/wk administrative fee.
